Our mission is to serve our youth as an organization that empowers and leads them to embrace maturity, responsibility, diversity, education and collaboration. 

is to cultivate the future leaders of our community by developing a diverse cohort of young leaders. We assist youth in acquiring the abilities, experience, support, consciousness, and confidence to purposely and positively direct the course of their own lives and influence productive change in our community. 

CTYE believes in a four way partnership that consists of the Parent, Child, Teacher, and Liaison/or GAPs staff.  As a CTYE Liaison you can help fill the gap and join our mission.  Our goal is to build a network of partnerships that strengthen and encourage our youth and each other. The “quad-dimensional” relationship is formed to further aid each child in reaching their greatest potential.  CTYE believes that each investment we make into a young person’s life will create a lasting impact and have a tremendous benefit to society.  We inherently subscribe to the African proverb of, “It takes a village to raise a child.”  Committed and caring adults seeking to multiply our efforts can apply here.
